HW Heating have been exceptional from the outset, following the refitting of my boiler. On the rare occasions when issues have arisen, their response has been both prompt and well communicated, underpinned by a genuinely customer-focused approach and a clear ethos that no task is too minor.

Throughout my experience, I have felt consistently valued as a client and have never hesitated to seek their advice or services. Notably, they diagnosed an issue with a single, well-judged question and resolved it within 24 hours, an outcome that exceeded expectations.

I would strongly recommend HW Heating to anyone in need of their services.

Had Phil round to plumb in our dining room radiator today. Very polite, friendly, clean and tidy. He was also very thorough in checking everything was still working as it should once it was finished. Would highly recommend!
